Datamars Livestock Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

 
The Datamars Livestock Loyalty Scheme is available to customers shopping online at shopdatamars.co.uk.
 
By participating in the loyalty scheme, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

Earning Points

 
• Customers will earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent online at shopdatamars.co.uk.
 
• Loyalty points are only awarded once an order has been marked as “Completed” by the Datamars customer service team.
 
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, partially refunded or not completed may not qualify for loyalty points.
 
• Loyalty points are only available on eligible online purchases and are not available for offline purchases, telephone orders or purchases made through third-party retailers or distributors.
 
• Datamars reserves the right to exclude selected products, product categories or promotional items from earning loyalty points at any time.
 

Redeeming Points

 
• Loyalty points can only be redeemed against eligible cattle and sheep tag purchases made online at shopdatamars.co.uk.
 
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.
 
• Loyalty rewards cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
 
• Points must be redeemed through the customer’s online account and cannot be manually applied by the Datamars customer service team unless otherwise stated.
 
• Datamars reserves the right to set minimum redemption thresholds and maximum redemption limits.

 

Loyalty Tiers

 
• Customers may automatically enter loyalty tiers based on the number of loyalty points accumulated.
 
• Tier benefits, rewards, promotions and eligibility criteria are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
 
• Datamars reserves the right to amend, remove or replace tier rewards and promotional offers at its discretion.
 
• Loyalty tier status does not guarantee access to any specific promotion, reward or product.
 

Account & Scheme Management

 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their online account details are accurate and up to date.
 
• Datamars reserves the right to remove loyalty points or suspend accounts where fraudulent activity, misuse or abuse of the loyalty scheme is suspected.
 
• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse or exploit the loyalty scheme may result in points being removed and/or the customer being removed from the scheme.
 
• Datamars may amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice.
 

General

 
• Loyalty points have no monetary value outside of the Datamars Livestock Loyalty Scheme.
 
• Participation in the scheme is subject to these terms and conditions alongside the standard terms and conditions of shopdatamars.co.uk.
 
• Datamars reserves the final decision on all loyalty scheme queries, disputes and eligibility.
